About Our Folded Aluminium Tray Signs
Our Folded Aluminium Tray Signs are typically fabricated from a sheet of aluminium, however alternative materials such as brushed stainless steel or aluminium composite may be used, depending on the size and shape of the sign needed. The folded tray signs create a clean background panel or platform in which your logo can be mounted to and we'd typically supply a folded tray panel if you wanted to hide any cables used to illuminate your logo, or if the wall you're mounting the logo to isn't totally smooth and suitable for mounting the logo to.
The backboard tray signs are produced with a slim profile and are made-to-order in a range of sizes, shapes and styles. A flat aluminium sheet is cut to the size and shape required before being folded and fabricated together to create the boxed tray panel. The panel is then painted in your choice of colour before the office logo sign or shop sign letters are mounted to the face of it.
The aluminium signs are available in a range of RAL colours and finishes included gloss, satin and matt and they are mounted to the wall using smart hidden fixings. Available in a number of sizes and thicknesses. Aluminium tray signs are typically produced in a range of thicknesses such as 20mm, 30mm, 40mm and 50mm, however if you require an alternative size then please speak to a member of our sales team.
Unlike a flat panel sign which has all the fixings visible on the face of the sign, a folded tray sign usually has all the wall fixings positioned on the sides of the sign tray, which is why the folded tray sign is a popular choice as it's more aesthetically pleasing compared to a flat panel signboard.
