Option 1 - 3D Acrylic Sign Letters
Our Built Up 3D Acrylic Sign Letters are manufactured from a flat sheet of pre-coloured acrylic which is machine-cut to the shape and size of the logo or font. A strip of coloured acrylic is then heated and formed around the sides of the letter to create the desired depth of the logo needed. Acrylic lettering is fantastic for displaying a clean, new, modern feel and for providing a splash of colour which brings your sign to life. Because of the advantages of lower costs and maintenance compared to metal, acrylic lettering is used in all kinds of indoor and outdoor signs such as shop front fascias. With your goals and our creativity and industry knowledge, there are lots of effects, shapes and colours that can be created using acrylic. Whether it’s just a standard name on the front of a shop or a name and logo, the possibilities and options available are endless!
The depth / thickness of these letters range from 40mm to 120mm.

Suitable for both internal and external use, the 3D Acrylic Sign Letters can then be fixed to the wall in a number methods such as flush wall mounted, or they can be fitted with raised brackets if you’d like the letter to be raised off the wall. Also known as 3D Built Up Acrylic Letters, this style of sign lettering is used for many applications as it’s so versatile and allows you to use it in many environments, from shop fronts fascias, help desk and reception signs to restaurant signs and building signage. Common brands of acrylic include Plexiglas, Perspex & Repsol. Because acrylic letters are typically light weight, they're the perfect product to use in multiple settings and a popular choice of material used within the signage industry.

Illuminating your 3D acrylic letters
LED illumination is a great way of illuminating your company logo and suitable for both internal and external use. The illuminated sign letters are a popular choice for sign-makers as the LED lights help enhance the logo's visibility and adds touch of class to your branding. The LED lights are fitted within the cavity of the letters and manufactured so that the light projects out the front of back of the letters, depending on the coloured acrylic used.
A range of different coloured LED modules can be used to illuminate the letters however the neutral white LEDs are the most commonly used. If you're not sure on which colour you'd like the logo to be illuminated in, then we may be able to install a colour-changeable LED lighting system which allow you to use a handheld controller to change the colour of the back-lighting to the colour you desire.
Installing your 3D acrylic letters
The 3D Acrylic Letters are supplied with raised wall fixings which consist of a two-part male and female fixture similar to this diagram. The male-part of the fixing is firmly glued onto the back of the letter. The female-part of the fixing is fitted onto the wall. The two parts of the fixing then connect together by lining them up and firmly popping into position. The wall screws and wall plugs are not supplied with the signage so you'll need to source these as they'll depend on the wall you're mounting the signage to.
A fixing template is usually supplied with the signage which is used to position the logo or text onto your wall. The template will outline where your screw fixings need to be placed on your wall.
Alternative fixing methods are available upon request, such as flush wall fixings if you'd prefer the letters fitted closer to the wall. Please speak to a member of our team today to discuss the best fixing method for your signage project.
