Replacing worn out old signs with new clean signage really does add a breath of fresh air to the school grounds and at Surrey Shop Signs, all our signs are produced and installed at an affordable price. If you have an existing sign which just needs replacing with a like-for-like sign then we're able to carefully colour match the materials used to recreate the new sign and also use the same fonts - this way you're not completely rebranding a sign which people may be used to seeing for years.

School Sign Boards with ground posts

Freestanding school sign posts are a great way of displaying your contact details and other important information. Traditionally these in the past were made from timber which soon deteriorates quickly over time due to weathering.

Using aluminium panels, we’re able to produce a bespoke shaped sign board or a traditional rectangular domed top sign board to which a variety of materials can be used to create the graphics. Most school, nursery and college sign boards are sign-written with either pre-coloured vinyl decals or digitally printed vinyl graphics which are both resistant to the elements and long lasting.

Protective film can be applied to the signboards to prevent vandalism and which also helps protect the colours from fading by sunlight.

The school signboards can either be mounted onto an existing wall or fixed to ground posts which are securely fixed into the ground.

School Logos & Custom Made Crests

If your school or college has a crest or logo then we're able to replicate this design and produce it in a number of materials and to whichever size you need. This is a lovely way of displaying the name or crest on the exterior of the building or within the reception area.

We can use a number of materials to create your logo or crest. Typical materials used for these bespoke designs include:

The design can be fitted to a range of surfaces such and brick walls, rendered walls and timber fascias. They can also be mounted to these surfaces using a range of fixings so that the letters are either raised off the wall to create a floating raised effect or fixed flush to the surface.

Internal lighting can also be incorporated into the logo or crest to create either a subtle form or illumination or a bright form of illumination.
